This Privacy Policy describes how DESARROLLO EN TECNOLOGÍA ANTARES (referred to as "Antares", "AntaresGT", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the use of the Finanzas 360 mobile application (the "App").

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This policy explains what information is handled and how it is used within the Finanzas 360 App.

1. Information We Handle

We understand the importance of your financial privacy. Finanzas 360 is designed to operate primarily on your device, minimizing external data collection.

We Do Not Automatically Collect Personal Identifying Information: We do not automatically collect personally identifying information about you (such as name, physical address, direct email not associated with backups, etc.) other than what is strictly necessary for optional functionalities initiated by you (such as Google Drive backup).

Financial Data Managed by the User: The primary information handled by the App consists of the financial data that you enter and manage, such as:

• Income and expense records.

• Expense and income categories.

• Account information (balances, types, etc., without bank access credentials).

• Budgets.

• Savings goals (if applicable).

• Any other financial information that you decide to record in the App.

2. Data Storage

The security and control of your financial data are a priority.

Local Storage: All financial information that you create, import, or manage within Finanzas 360 is stored exclusively locally on your device's memory.

Optional Backups on Google Drive: The App offers you the optional functionality to create a backup copy of your financial database in your own Google Drive account.

• This action is entirely voluntary and initiated by you.

• The connection and data transfer occur directly between your device and your Google Drive account, following Google's authentication and security protocols.

• We do not have access to your Google Drive account nor do we store any copy of your financial data on our servers. The management, security, and privacy of data stored in your Google Drive are governed by Google's terms and privacy policies.

User Control: You have complete control over the data stored locally on your device through the App and over the decision to perform or restore backups in your Google Drive.

3. Use of Information

The financial information managed within the App is used solely for the main functionalities of Finanzas 360:

• Recording, organizing, and visualizing your income and expenses.

• Categorizing your financial transactions.

• Generating reports and summaries of your financial situation.

• Managing budgets and tracking them.

• Facilitating the general management of your personal finances as allowed by the App.

• Allowing the creation and restoration of backups in your Google Drive (if you choose to use this function).

4. Information Sharing

Your financial information is not shared with third parties from our systems, as we do not store it.

User-Controlled Sharing (Backup): The only scenario where data leaves the App to an external service is when you explicitly decide to create a backup copy in your personal Google Drive account. This interaction is direct between the App on your device and Google Drive, under your control.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your local financial data to third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose. We do not have access to the data to do so.

5. Data Security

Local Security: Although data is stored locally, we strongly recommend that you take standard precautions to secure your mobile device (use strong passwords or biometrics, keep the operating system updated, install security software if you deem it necessary, etc.). We implement reasonable technical measures within the App to protect the integrity of locally stored data during its normal operation.

Google Drive Backup Security: The security of the backup copy stored in your Google Drive depends on the security of your Google account and Google's security practices. You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Finanzas 360 is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 (which is unlikely given how the App operates), we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and/or on the App's page in the corresponding app store (e.g., Google Play Store). You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page or within the App.
